Madagascan football chief Ahmad Ahmad has defeated the current Confederation of African Football (CAF) president Issa Hayatou to emerge as the new president of CAF.
Ahmad scored 34 votes to Hayatou’s 20. Ahmed Ahmed's victory ends Issa Hayatou's 29years reign as CAF president.
