A lady is currently on the run in Amassoma, Bayelsa State after she inflicted her stepdaughter with a terrible head injury.
The suspect allegedly used a packer to repeatedly hit the little girl on the head for asking her for food on Tuesday.
When our corresponded contacted the police in Amassoma about the incident, the police spokeman said the victim is currently undergoing treatment while they are still in search for the stepmother who is on the run.
