Sunday Anani, the Togolese cook who murdered the CEO of Credit Switch Ltd, Ope Bademosi was on Tuesday sentenced to life imprisonment by a Lagos State High Court in Igbosere.
Mr Anani had only worked for the deceased for 3 days when he committed the crime on 31 October, 2018 at the Ikoyi residence of the deceased.
The Judge, Mobolanle Okikiolu-Ighile sentenced the accused after he changed his initial not guilty plea to a guilty plea.
He had entered into a Plea Bargain with the prosecutor to avoid being charged with an offence that carries a death sentence.
